Time and I

After 36 years of marriage, with her daughter newly wed and every duty to her family fulfilled, sixty-year-old Mervat decides to ask her husband Aziz for a divorce — not over a betrayal or a single incident, but under the weight of 36 years of accumulated pain, neglect and treatment she can no longer bear. Aziz refuses to let their life end this way and asks for one last chance to repair what time has broken, so she sets him harsh conditions and tests to prove he has truly changed — while their crisis intertwines with their children's own romantic and marital troubles, turning the parents' failing marriage into a mirror that exposes the mistakes of an entire generation.
