Mousa's Daughters

After the death of Mousa, the well-off head of the family, his wife Souad and his daughters face a shock greater than losing him: his brother exploits Upper Egyptian traditions to seize the inheritance and bar the women from managing their own money. As the family's life falls apart and they are forced to find a new source of income, the daughters transform from girls accustomed to a life of comfort into women fighting to reclaim their inheritance and prove they can stand on their own.
