Light of the Moon

Alia, a chef married for years, believes her dream of motherhood has come true when she discovers she is pregnant — but her joy is short-lived when doctors confirm that a natural pregnancy is impossible and that IVF is her only path. She and her husband enter a punishing course of treatment that tests their marriage, exposing them to psychological and social pressures and painful questions about the meaning of marriage and love, as the dream of a child turns from a source of joy into a true test of whether their life together can survive.
